I received many enquiries over the Face Book,as to what is a Motivational Speaker.Though many people may think that they know exactly what a motivational speaker does,there is actually a lot more to the job than one may realize.Motivational speakers are those individuals that speak in front of a crowd for the purpose of getting them motivated to do something more with their lives.They may serve a variety of purposes and work within a great number of specific environments,but they are responcible for delivering motivational words and speeches.Motivational speakers may be celebrities who want to spread the word on a specific niche or topic.
They may come from a religious type of environment,or they may be individuals who just happen to have a great power in their public speaking and message delivered.These speakers are different then others as they are often hired to bring attention to a specific topic or shed light on some type of issue.With the rise of self help types of issues,there is growing number of applications and needs that motivational speakers must work to fulfill,such as Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistics Programing.
Motivational speakers may deliver their speeches in a wide array of different environments including schools,churches,community events,government agencies,special events,tradeshows and conferences.
Motivational speakers must work hard at developing and maintaining their skills and speaking abilities,as this is often an integral part of the job.
Motivational speakers may very well be involved in providing interviews,particularly if they are working for a well publicized topic.
They are often responcible for promotion of their motivational speeches to ensure that they are well publicized and attended events.

LIFE COACH
Life Coach determines and assists you in attaining your goals in life on personal development.Change is very scary thing for most of us.Unknown that we are facing is very scary especially if we are in a negative frame of mind.Although it is detrimental, it is easy to stay that way because that is all we know.
If you want to work with Life Coach,you must already have these three things: Intent,Desire,and Commitment!
Coaching is not Therapy.Traditional Therapy deals with unresolved issues in our life.Coaching deals with where we are now,and where do we want to be.
We start looking at our Self Esteem,the place where we see our selves.
I call it Mental Clansing by removing all that is negative and replacing it
only with positive.Your Life Coach doesn't judge you,but guides you by holding you accountable,motivating and inspiring you to create the life that you desire.

Start With This Five Minute Meditation
Hello Everyone,
This is a basic breath-awareness meditation which you begin with your daily breath of calmness,joy and clairty of your mind.
(1)Without making any effort to alter to control your breathing,simply tune into actual physical sensations you feel in your nose as air rushes in and out the nostrils with every new breath... Be sure to consciously relax your tongue and jaw...
(2)At the same time,tune into sounds created by the air rushing in and out of your nose as you continue breathing...
(3) Right in the middle of your awareness of air rushing in and out of yor nose,expand your awareness to also include the sensations of physical movement in your chest and belly as you breathe...
(4) As you remain aware of these breathing experiences,allow your awareness to expand to include the tip of your nose...your hands and fingers...your feet and toes...your whole body here in the present moment...Relax and enjoy the pure experience of effortless breathing and meditative calm.
